Pole wrestle
In pole wrestle you will be trying to wrestle the pole away from your opponent, in order to do so you must move the "x" towards you.

You will post moving the x into one box closer to you. There must be three minutes in between your post.

And so on..

I know this could be a lot of back and forth and could get tiring but that's the point, like pole wrestle on the show it's long and tiring and you must have endurance to win.
